Ways to work together

A few doorways, depending on what you’re carrying and how far you’d like to walk.

I’m a guide, and I hold a master’s in marriage and family therapy from Barry University. I’ve spent more than thirty years alongside people in their relationships and their lives. When something isn’t working, I don’t diagnose it or try to fix you. I walk beside you while you find a new relationship to it, and your own way through.

“This is such a gentle, safe, somatic way of working. It often feels like a warm womb bath to be held in this way, with presence, slowness, and attunement.” — Mamata, India

There’s no single right way in. Some people come with one question they want to see differently. Some want to explore something more slowly. Some want company for a whole month.

Whichever you choose, the work is the same at heart. You bring what you’re carrying. I walk alongside while you find your own way through it. I won’t hand you answers. I’ll ask good questions and listen for what wants to be seen. Only you know what fits where you are right now.

Some of what people bring

These are starting places, not a menu. You might recognize yourself in one of them. Your own question might be something else entirely. Either way, there is room for it here.

  • The imprints you carry from the very beginning, and how they might still be shaping you now.
  • Your child’s beginning, and what you notice in them today.
  • A pattern in a relationship that keeps repeating, that you’d like to see differently.
  • What rises when you finally try to rest, and what it might be asking for.
  • Walking alongside a child through a hard chapter, without losing yourself in it.
  • Your own nervous system in the work you do, if you hold others for a living.

If you don't see your question here, you can name it yourself. You are the one who knows what you're ready to turn toward.

If something arises that calls for clinical therapy, I’ll help you find the right person for it.

“Rebecca’s approach has never been to simply fix the problem, but for me to learn my own tools for creating a better relationship with myself and my children. There is no punishment or blame anywhere.” — Ali, California

Fresh Eyes

$100 / 30 minutes · $199 / 60 minutes

For one question, challenge, or curiosity you’d like to see differently.

You bring one thing. Before we meet, I send you a few questions shaped to what you’re exploring, and you answer them in your own time. I read them ahead, so our session can go straight to the heart of it. You leave with new ways of seeing the thing you came in with.

This is never a dead end. If you decide you’d like to go deeper, your Fresh Eyes session becomes the first session of either offering below, and what you paid credits toward the total.

A Closer Look

$600 / three sessions

Three sessions to explore one question, challenge, or curiosity together.

Three 60-minute sessions, paced in conversation with you. Some people want them close together. Some want room to integrate between. We decide together, shaped by what your question is asking for. More time than a single look allows, so we can follow something where it leads.

A Month Alongside

$1,200 · four weekly sessions, plus messaging

A month of company for one or two questions you’re ready to live with.

Four weekly sessions over a month, with messaging between. Bring one or two questions, challenges, or curiosities, and we explore them together across the weeks. Between sessions, you can reach me by voice or text on Voxer, sharing what’s surfacing in real time so nothing gets lost before we meet again. Messages are answered within 48 hours, usually sooner. The month gives what a single conversation can’t: time for things to unfold, and steady company while they do.

How to begin

If one of these is calling you, choose the doorway you’re drawn to and leave me your email. I’ll write to you personally, and when you reply, you can tell me a little about what you’re carrying. I read every one myself, and we’ll find the right fit together.
