All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We use secure third-party payment processors, and your financial information is handled according to their privacy and security standards. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.
Access to digital products is typically granted immediately upon successful payment. Because digital content is delivered electronically and cannot be “returned,” all sales of digital products are final unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase.
Registration for live and online retreats (such as the Radical Rest Retreat) confirms your spot in that event. Cancellation and refund terms specific to each event will be communicated at the time of registration. Thriving Humans reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances; in such cases, registered participants will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future event.
We want you to feel good about your investment. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, please reach out to us at rebecca@thrivinghumans.org within 7 days of your purchase date. Refund eligibility is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is subject to the nature of the product or service purchased. We do not offer refunds after course content has been substantially accessed or after a live event has occurred.
