Welcome to Thriving Humans.
For the questioners, the cycle breakers, and the ones doing it differently.
“Be Curious. Be Kind. Start with Yourself.”
We’re a collaboration of guides, seekers, and storytellers committed to the radical idea that how we relate to ourselves and each other, at home and beyond, is how we change the world.
~ Rebecca Thompson Hitt, Founder and Guide
WHAT WE’RE ABOUT
This work began more than 30 years ago - in gatherings at parks, the floor of the library with babies and toddlers running around, parenting groups and conferences, and therapy spaces - with one persistent question: what does it actually take to change the patterns that keep us feeling stuck?
The answer always starts the same way. With you. With curiosity instead of judgement. With kindness towards yourself first.
Thriving isn't a destination. It's a practice. And you don't have to do it alone.
Raising Thriving Humans
For parents, grandparents, and families. You’re not just raising children, you are changing what gets passed down. Books, Masterclasses, and resources to help you do it differently.
Supporting Thriving Humans
For practitioners who know something is missing. Those who are ready to stop leaving themselves out of the room, and start seeing their clients as shole humans. More being, less fixing.
Becoming a Thriving Human
For anyone on a personal journey. Your story started before you remember. This is where you learn to see, hear, and feel that story.
WHAT’S HAPPENING RIGHT NOW
Two things we’ve been building toward are ready.
We can’t wait for you to be part of them.
